The short version
A dental implant replaces a missing tooth: a titanium post is placed in the jawbone, usually fuses with the bone over 3–6 months, and then carries a custom crown. It typically looks and works like a natural tooth.
At the partner clinic a single implant with crown is from $650 (Straumann from $1,000). Single implants are planned with a Dental Stay (2+ implants) or together with a smile package.

Timeline
Implants usually take two trips to Istanbul:
- First trip (5 nights with a Dental Stay): consultation, X-ray or CT, implant placement, a temporary tooth if needed.
- Healing (3–6 months): the implant usually fuses with the jawbone while you are at home.
- Second trip (4 nights): the final crown, bite adjustment and aftercare instructions.
Same-day loading: in some cases the implant and a temporary crown can be placed on the same day. The clinic's dentist tells you whether that suits your case.
Full-mouth implants: All-on-4 and All-on-6
For people missing many or all teeth, All-on-4 or All-on-6 gives a full arch of fixed teeth on 4–6 implants. At the partner clinic All-on-4 is from $4,900 per jaw (Biovent; Megagen $5,400, Straumann $6,500) and All-on-6 from $5,600, all-inclusive with both trips (5 + 4 nights at Hilton or Hampton by Hilton, transfers, interpreter), temporary teeth on the first trip and the final zirconia bridge on the second. Both jaws, Biovent: from $7,500. In the US, All-on-4 is about $30,000 per arch (Bookimed US price data). Final plan after the X-ray; no deposit.
Implants and a smile makeover together
Many people combine implants with crowns or veneers on the remaining teeth in one written plan. For the trips themselves there is the Dental Stay: 5 nights, transfers and an interpreter for one trip is $1,250; both trips (5 + 4 nights) $2,200.
