The partner clinic reports holding the Health Ministry's health-tourism authorization, TÜRSAB licensing and a medical-center operating license — ask me for the details. All procedures carry risk; the clinic's doctor explains yours before you book, and I stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout.

Included: the procedure, the hotel (Hilton or Hampton by Hilton, 3 nights for hair, 5 with Hair + Smile), VIP transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic, a personal interpreter at every appointment, medications, the aftercare kit and 12 months of WhatsApp follow-up with me. No visa for US passports (up to 90 days). There are nonstop flights to Istanbul from several major US airports, about 10 hours from the East Coast; from Raleigh it is one stop, usually via JFK, IAD or ATL. Fair question — it comes up a lot about Turkey. Before you travel I ask the clinic for the planned graft range in writing, and you get the post-op graft count in your discharge papers. I can also tell you in writing who performs each step. You pay at the clinic, so nothing is prepaid.

Typically: weeks 2–8 shock shedding (expected), months 3–4 first new growth, month 6 roughly half of the expected result, and 12–18 months for the final result for most patients. Timing varies from person to person; you'll have WhatsApp photo check-ins with me at months 1, 3, 6 and 12.

Same techniques at a licensed clinic. The differences: I work with one clinic where my family works, you have one contact in Raleigh, there is no deposit, and the price is flat for the maximum grafts your donor area allows. Big clinics have bigger teams and marketing budgets; booking platforms send you several clinic offers and are paid by the clinics they list. Neither is wrong — I'm the small, personal option, and I say so.
